BOOKING INFORMATION

A number of provisional bookings have being received and the formal booking process is now up and running. The existing provisional bookings are being given first refusal as to which slots they would like to book.

The bookings calendar will be made public on Monday 16th December, at which time, any individual or organisations will be able to apply to make a booking through our online HallMaster Booking System.

Weekdays-

• Hourly £20 - Discounted to any group that has a blocked booking of 6 or more sessions to £15 per hour.

Weekends –

• Hourly £25 - Discounted to any group that has a blocked booking of 6 or more sessions to £20 per hour.

Duration of Booking

• Your booking time is inclusive of time for setting up and clearing away for your event so please bear this in mind when considering the duration of your booking.

Special Deposit - £100.

• We will refund to you the Special Deposit within 28 calendar days of the end/termination of the period of hire, provided that all extant hire fees are paid, no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents, nor complaints made to us about excessive noise, car parking or other disturbance during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.

Hiring Deposit

• A deposit of one-third of the total hiring fee is due immediately upon receipt of your booking invoice, in order to confirm your booking.

Balance Due

• The balance of your hiring fee, along with the Special Deposit, is due no less than 14 days prior to commencement of your event
